Dr. Karas was featured recently on CNN's "Health Minute" about awareness and prevention of chronic neck and shoulder pain associated with women wearing heavy handbags (15 to 20 lbs)...as well as "wallet sciatica," a condition men somtimes suffer from (which Karas likens to sitting on a 3lb rock all day).
