Dr. Karas one of America's Top Sports Medicine Specialists

Dr. Karas made Men's Health's "first annual list of those physician's who have the knowledge, the experience, and the tools to maintain and repair the 21st century man." Dr. Karas was recognized as one of America's "Top Sports Medicine Specialists"...one of only six such doctors in the south (and the only one in Georgia).

Atlanta Magazine asked doctors themselves who they would call when they needed medical attention, and the results have been tallied.

Dr. Karas was cited among the city's most trusted physicians and the most trusted sports medicine specialist in the nation's ninth largest metropolitan area.

The July 2007 Top Doctors list was put together by the New York-based research firm Castle Connolly Medical Ltd.  Here's how they compile the list:

These outstanding doctors represent the top 1% in the nation.  Castle Connoly's stated goal is to "help guide consumers to America's top doctors and top hospitals"--which they've been doing via a scrupulous survey and research process since 1991.
